We had a great value for our money at South Point. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and we felt right at home. The location was perfect, close to the lighthouse and the southernmost tip of South Africa. The staff treated us with genuine kindness and made our stay even more enjoyable.

South Point Guest Lodge in Agulhas is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to nature. It is located near the Agulhas Nature Reserve and offers easy access to Cape Agulhas National Park. Additionally, it is within walking distance of all amenities, restaurants, and the iconic shipwreck. Guests have praised the beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and the phenomenal ocean view from the balcony. The manager is welcoming and provides great restaurant recommendations.

The price of the accommodation is slightly on the higher side compared to other options in the area.

As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with everything conveniently located within a short walking distance. It was a relief to not have to worry about long distances or stairs.

I would have loved to have a few more activities or organized outings available for senior guests. The children working there could have provided more options for us to enjoy our vacation even more.

What a fantastic place! We had an amazing weekend with the family. The accommodation was clean, well-presented, and had the most breathtaking view of the ocean from the living area. The interior decoration was modern and welcoming, making us feel at home. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of all the main attractions and amenities in the area. The highlight for us was being able to take early morning and late afternoon walks along the beautiful coast, burning off all the calories from the delicious nearby restaurants.

The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work properly in our room. However, the owner kindly allowed us to use their PC instead.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the lighthouse, nature reserve, supermarket, and restaurants. Hillary, the host, was fantastic, accommodating our tall family and providing helpful tips for exploring the area. We loved it so much, we extended our stay. Highly recommended!
